6:00 PM – 9:29 PM
Additional After-Hours Service Fee
$100
An additional $100 after-hours service fee applies to appointments scheduled to begin between 6:00 PM and 9:29 PM.
Full payment is required before the notary is dispatched.
Subject to availability and advance confirmation.
9:30 PM and Later
Additional Late-Night Emergency Service Fee
$350
An additional $350 late-night emergency service fee applies to appointments scheduled to begin at or after 9:30 PM.
This fee includes the standard $100 after-hours service fee plus an additional $250 late-night surcharge.
Full payment is required before the notary is dispatched.
Available on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and advance confirmation.
Important: The total additional fee for appointments beginning at or after 9:30 PM is $350, which includes the standard $100 after-hours service fee plus an additional$250 late-night surcharge. These fees are in addition to standard notarization fees, mobile travel charges, and other applicable service charges.
Late-night appointments are offered strictly on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and advance confirmation. We do not guarantee 24-hour service or immediate availability.
All appointment fees and availability must be confirmed before scheduling.
After-Hours Waiting Time Fee
An additional waiting fee of $25 per 15-minute interval applies when the notary is required to wait because the client, required signers, witnesses, documents, or other client-side preparations are not ready at the agreed appointment time.
Waiting time begins at the confirmed appointment time or the notary’s arrival, whichever is later.
This fee applies exclusively to after-hours and late-night emergency appointments. It is in addition to applicable service fees and is payable before the notarization is completed.
Delays do not extend or preserve an earlier pricing tier. Any appointment rescheduled to begin at9:30 PM or later is subject to the late-night emergency rate, with the revised pricing confirmed before proceeding.
